A question on colour of targets used for comps.

I've just printed out a new target ready for next week's Open Rifle comp. and have remembered from previous times I have shot it that I find the right hand coloured version more difficult to deal with. I may have a green vision problem as the black against green bull seems to fuzz more into each other and since I set up my sights for this and the police sniper rifle for a point blank aim I don't get such a good sight picture.

So could someone confirm (or not as the case may be) that it is actually OK to photocopy or print targets in black/white for official comps.

I thought I had seen that this had been approved for anyone who wished to save on costs of colour printer ink, but can't find it on the forum at present.

HELP

no rules on target colours as long as you use the right target for the given competition.

You can blame me for the colour choices on this one.  It seemed like a good idea at the time

they usually are on a colour printer....i use a laser printer so if the paper gets wet, the colours won't run.
