Colt mag well extensionHi guys, like many of us out there I am enjoying buying shiny bits for my new baby. However I was wondering if anyone out there knows where or indeed if you can get a mag well extension to fit a umarex colt. I see they sell them stateside for the real thing but don't know if the screws will line up or be in the same place. Be grateful for pointers in the right direction.

There was a guy selling one a little while ago on airgun bbs and he claimed it would fit the umarex models. Never seen one on an umarex model though

That's kida why I was curious as nick is doing a grand job of making some v attractive shiny upgrades but have never seen a mag well on any co2 pistols. A few top end race bb guns have them and they are certainly aesthetically pleasing;-)
There a couple of American gunsmithing sites where you can get them for real steel, but wasn't sure if they would convert.

I had one fitted on my M9D Colt. Nick fitted it to his own backstrap. I believe he also had to machine the release lever slightly.
So it can be done. Send Nick a PM. I'll be commissioning a stainless slightly wider version of mine soon.
