I recently wrote a quick guide to pistol shooting for our club website (Lincs HFT) and thought it might be worthwhile posting it here as well.

It describes most of the common types of pistol we shoot with along with a few tips with technique.

We have a rifle version as well. Biased to HFT

Once we eventually start shooting pistol HFT (We are just looking at the number of people needed to make it viable) then I hope to write a guide specifically for that aspect of shooting as well.

Pistol usage at the club has recently increased dramatically. Mainly due to the number of targets we now have available and the good natured prodding by various club members. Smilie_PDT

You may be able to get some comment from Lea Valley Air Gun Club. They run a Pistol FHT competition monthly and it seems to be well supported.
